  • My experience was wonderful. Roxy came over and knew I was upset and from there and helped me out. She went above and beyond. She got on the phone 2 times with the insurance company then I got on I was so upset with her she believed what I was saying cause she heard it to. I was so upset with there lies plus I have disabilities . Then ed came over and was fine with the situation and helped me also come to a affordable price so I could have my glasses. I am on a fixed income and walked out still with beautiful glasses. Cable back the next day and ed the manager helped me and he was such a nice guy even repaired my old glasses so I can still use them when I drive cause they tint . In all my life I have never been helped like that and it felt great.
