  • before buying anything from them, be very careful of their return policy; make sure you understand the papers they place in front of you for signature that you understand the policy on that product regardless if Apple or other. Had an issue with them twice, the most recent was purchasing a charge cord for my ipad. Was told if it did not work or was defective, it is warranted by Apple. They would send it to apple and I would have to wait for it to be returned. I asked the clerk to test it before I left the store, to my amazement, he said once the box was opened it could not be returned even though i had not taken possession, and left the store with it. It did work, but once again left the store with a bad aftertaste with this attitude of theirs that as a customer I am taking a gamble the product they are selling actually works. Otherwise, the location is good, and the staff knowledgeable
