  • I used iPro in June 2015 to replace the glass on a iPhone 5s, the cost was $85. Went in today to ask for the same service and was quoted $140! The kid behind the desk (who I probably wouldn't want to give my passcode to anyway) very confidently stated costs and prices went up, so that is that. This was not special glass or any extra service - a simple glass replacement! I suggest you use Cellairis iPhone Repair located at PV Mall (their kiosk is in front of the Verizon store), where the same replacement cost was under $90 out the door. The two gentlemen were pleasant and helpful.
