  • The service at this place was terrible. We didn't have sheets on one of our beds, and the front desk person told us to come down and get one if we wanted. Someone in a room near us was smoking, so it was nearly impossible to sleep. Then the ice machines were behind the front desk counter, so we couldn't help ourselves. This was inconvenient because if the desk person was talking to a guest or if they weren't there for some reason, we couldn't get ice. I usually like sonestas, but I would NEVER stay at an extended stay again.
