  • I'm in town visiting from SoCal and I find out my rear tire is separated from the camber of the SUV. immediately I drive to the closet discount tire because of their reputation and past dealings with the company. Omar approaches me and has concerns about my needs. I tell him why I'm there and he sees what they can do for me. He looks up tires in my size and unfortunately they don't have any in stock due to the extremely low aspect ratio. He then says "Well I can put your full size spare on for you so at least you can get home and I will call the Orange County store and make sure they order the tires for you and call you when they come in." I say ok because I don't want to stay in the unbearable LV heat for a few days when I can be at the beach. I then walk over to Target to shop while the shop tends to the car when I receive a call on the phone from Omar explaining that my spare has a problem and that they have a perfect used tire that they will mount for me at no charge so I can get home. That is excellent customer service going above and beyond the call of the customer that I am grateful for the shops actions and how it cares for its customers. Thank You Omar.
