  • I usually shop at this Ross since its close to my house i come and by usually in the morning or afternoon never been here this late, we came in at 1030pm , the greeter was nice, said Hi and welcomed us, by 11pm we were at the cashier station we asked to see some earings we liked, the cashier Elva, was so rude no smile, or anything, seemed so annoyed, that we asked to see earings, my husband told her, if she didn't like working here or this late why is she here. she rolled her eyes and say what do u want so we pointed at the earings, she gave them to us, she was walking away and i said i dont want these as there missing a stone, she snatched them from my hand and i just stared at her, i asked for another ones and i decided to putchase those, i went to check out and she didn't even say Thank You or have a Goodnight i mean, its 30min before you close, and im checking out on time, why be so rude??? I don't understand how these stores have people working here that dont care about there place of work or their company that pays their bills!
