  • Had a great experience with 1st Call. Ryan, the tech, was very informative and helpful through the decision process. the response time was fast. The final price was fair. He even walked me through the options to make the best decision that would work within my budget. I know he had another job to get to but rather than hurrying off he chatted with me, answering all questions and teaching me how to take care of my new garage door. He did a complete replacement of all panels. He kept my cost down by inspecting the original hardware and using what was still good. Overall his service was clean, quick and professional. I will be referring him to my brother who is also in need of a garage repair.
