  • This place is a bit of a cluster. We had issues with the front desk (rude, eye rolling, called us 3 times while we were sleeping--before 7:30am, told us we had checked out...), the valet (brought the wrong car up because he was too stubborn to take our ticket with correct parking #), the restaurant (slow, inaccurate, inattentive--but delicious and cool atmosphere I must say!), and cleaning service (didn't receive any during our two night stay). I think the staff needs better training. For a hotel at this price point guests expect better hospitality. I do give the hotel props for being swanky--cool lobby and nice conference/convention space upstairs. Convenient location that was easy to get in and out of, short walk to shops and restaurants but not many dining/drink options in the immediate vicinity.
