  • If I could give negative stars I would. If you have the option to get any other service than TWC, get it. Do not sign up for TWC! They don't show for scheduled installs, the techs report they did show up for missed appointments, they have horrible customer service and the equipment comes and goes. Example: A no-show TWC Tech on a Tuesday morning at 8am and they won't reschedule until Sunday afternoon with no comp to service or fees waived. If they weren't the monopoly of Charlotte, I'd have any other service provider.
