  • Customer service and honesty are a thing of the past, or at best, very rare to find these days... especially in the mechanic field. I'm grateful that FIRESTONE tried to screw my wife over as it led me to Alex and his crew at "The Shop". Alex went above and beyond the scope of customer service. Not only did he take the time to explain and show me the problems that my a/c was having, but he genuinely cared about getting them fixed... and at a FAR less price than what was quoted by FIRESTONE. Because I arrived at closing time, he couldn't fix the a/c as parts needed to be ordered. Being that My schedule wouldn't work with Alex's, we'd be stranded or would have to try and come back the following week. Not only did Alex give my wife and I a ride home, but he had our vehicle delivered to our home the following day, after it was fixed. WHAT?! Customer Service has been redefined! Alex is professional and thorough in every aspect of interaction with both the customer and the vehicle. If you're looking for that old school mechanic, that is honest and has integrity, look no more. The Shop has earned my business! Thank you Alex!
