  • I NEVER do this, but I had to share. I went into polished in stonecrest Wednesday night and got a full set. The tech rushed through the whole thing and cut me multiple times and was extremely rude. She did a terrible job polishing the nails then left me to sit at the counter to dry. No fan no nothing. Two days later a nail popped completely off while I was in the shower. I was irritated but kept it moving. Next day two more nails came off. I called the store and they told me to come in and they would fix them. I explained I wouldn't be able to make it in and they told me to come in when I could. This morning another nail popped off. I went into polished and explained the situation. They put me with the same tech who was again very rude. She kept asking why my nails were dirty and I must have been doing something outside. Note my hair is still wet in this picture. I just showered and scrubbed under my nails. After fixing the nails she told me it would be $10 for a polish change so I got up and left and said I would do it myself at home. So here they are. Half done. I will never be back, and will be certain to let everyone know about my horrible experience.
