  • I went to Jiffy for a Smog Check. I got there and was excited as no one was headed of me. A gentleman came right up and asked me to turn off my car and that it would be serviced right away. He walked me into the waiting room and closed the door. I sat there for 21 minutes and finally came to outside to ask how much longer. A young lady walked over to a gentle (who I saw talking to someone since I got there) and he said he would start in a minute. Horrible customer service and consideration of people's time. Do not go here...there's two more smog places up the street.
