  • Horrible experience. Apparently I purchased a faulty phone in August, 2016. When I tried to contact the salesperson the next day, whom I will call B and who has the smallest hands I have ever seen on a human adult, he never returned my calls. B never informed me that the phone was in fact financed. When I tried to replace the faulty phone yesterday, I had to pay off the balance of $450 which I did not know existed, before I could get a new phone.
