  • We came in to eat, picked up some fried shrimp and cocktail sauce. I ate a couple then I noticed a thin Brown hair covered in grease on the plate which obviously came from the fried shrimp. I waved down a waiter who I showed the hair to. She showed it to a cook who saw it, who handed it off to another cook. They took it to the manager who came out with the plate with the hair now removed from the plate after 4 people handling my food. She stated it must have flown off the plate because she couldn't see it anymore. They said they would remove the items from the buffet. They never did. After deciding to stay anyways and try to enjoy my meal, I went to the salad bar. When I went to get the ranch for my salad, there was a dead fly in the ranch. They never apologized, just removed the ranch and gave me a new container of ranch to dish from. I don't think I will be visiting this location again.
