  • I guess this business hasn't changed their philosophy on people that pawn their personal items here.They really believe when a person gets a loan and if the owners like those things then those items can be used as personal belongings of this "family" business including to be used, sold, traded, given away, mishandled, stored at their personal residence or simply "lost" regardless of the maturity date of the loan. Any person or persons using loan services at this business or on EBay is advised not to. But if you do...make sure you take pictures of your items and identify them EXACTLY as they are in the item description, do not allow short cuts if you value your items and want to see them again.Seal them if you can and follow the letter of the law as it pertains to Maricopa County Sheriffs Office. If you do experience a problem Contact the Pawn unit @ MCSO and the Detective that oversees Gold by the Gram pawn shop. The 1 star rating is really too high but I want to register something for the record.
