  • Not only am I addicted to Alex and Ani itself but I am also addicted to the experience I have at this fashion show mall location! I've had the most help and suggestions by your entire staff each time and would like to recognize Taylor specifically! I have met her twice now and our most recent encounter (about a week ago) I came home raving about how nice she was and how she remembered me from months ago, why I was in for a new bracelet(s), and followed up on our previous conversations about my personal work life. I was blown away of her remembering all of that for only have meeting me once before and how nice of her it truly was to have someone be so genuine. Even better, tonight I received a handwritten letter in the mail from Taylor in true Alex and Ani fashion, she seriously has won me over for being such an ambassador for the brand and for being such a kind heart! Thank you Taylor and I hope this message gets to you and your team
