  • If I could give this wretched airline no stars I would. My husband and I were set to fly out on 9.24, however due to a medical emergency that has befallen him, we cannot fly. So I called the airline expecting a credit, not a refund. They offered me nothing.... So, now I have to not only miss a family wedding, but I'm also out the cost of our flights. I could have taken 300$ and burned it for all the good that it did us. I don't care if it is the only airline that flies to our destination, I'll go ahead and drive. F these people.
