  • Maybe my definition of "freaky fast" is wrong because I waited for an hour for my food today. It's a Sunday at 430, well now 530, I'm not sure how the busy the store was but an hour is unacceptable for a delivery anywhere. If I would have known it would have taken that long I would have figured something else out. I did call and speak to the manager, Andrew, who's solution was to void the transaction and have the driver come back to pick up my food (assuming that wouldn't have taken an hour though). Needless to say, Jimmy Johns will never have my business again.
