| - Wow what a terrible experience we had here, so where do I even start?? I wasn't going to complain about it until they tried to pull a fast one on me. To start the night they were short staffed, so our drinks and food took an unbelievable amount of time, th lanes were really dry, and the ball returns decided not to work at all. I bowl league for amf but at amf peoria (way better equipment btw) so I have my own set of bowling balls, we'll they did end up getting stuck in the ball return a good 5 to 10 times this night, the last time they got stuck the ball return put gashes in both balls, as upset as I was I brought it up very calm to the girl at the front who despite having terrible taste in football team jerseys was extremely helpful the whole night, she took my bowling balls and my info and assured I'd be taken care of and it would be fixed.at the end of the night they forgot to ruin my bowler rewards card and had to double charge my bank account also. The thing that pissed me off the most is that they never called me to let me know my bowling balls were done, not to mention I pick them up the day I bowl league, when I pulled them out of my bag it looks like they buffed them and did nothing to fix them. Great to know you take care of your customers right? Sucks that this is the closest amf to me because I don't know if I want to even go back. After all this if mgmt reads this you need to understand the girls that worked this night did a great job given the situation they were in, mgmt needs to be better to make sure the customer is taken care of seems alot like things at this store are half assed
