  • Katie's Clay Studio is a wonderful place to get your craft on! Many activities to take part in, including: pottery wheels, glass work, canvas painting parties, and paintable pottery figurines, dishware, cups, etc. I was very excited to find this business on Route 8. Its a great outlet when you just need to do some arts and crafts! Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, and projects are fired and ready for pick up in a very timely manner. They have a fun events calendar and there seems to be something going on at the studio every week. You can reserve space for a fun party (birthdays, "Girls Nights," etc) or take part in one of their prescheduled events. Ladies Night Out has so far been my favorite. A bottle of wine, good friends, and crafts are a great combo! I highly recommend stopping in to see what Katie's Clay has to offer. Make sure you check their website for studio hours, though! They are closed early in the week and their hours vary throughout the rest of the week, so you need to make sure that the day you'd like to visit is one they are open. Great for holiday gift giving!
