  • I was very early for my flight and asked if i could be on stand by for a earlier flight. The agent I got ticket from said it was a empty flight but I must run to get to gate. I got there before boarding and went up to counter.I was treated badly and am now waiting four hours for my original flight. As a gold member who flies constantly I felt like I was let down. Have more more flights with delta this month then finding a new airlines to fly.
