  • The pool is beautiful, it's exactly what we wanted. The communication was... well it just wasn't. We thought we would move into a house with a finished pool, instead we had a big hole and no when we kept trying to find out why there was no answer. Turns out it was because the pool was in the loan, cool, make sure I understand that up front. The workers did not clean up after themselves. They refused to let me know when they would be there so I could ensure my LARGE dog was not going to 1) get out or 2) bite anyone. When the trenched the water line they simply stuck the line through the fence, the superintendent had to come out and review it, but that didn't solve anything. My husband had to chisel out the wall footer so that the line would be below ground. They kept badgering us for payment on that water line, even when the work wasn't complete. The pebbletech is has coloring issues and while the guy said he would let the office know, I know that he won't and that the white spots will never be resolved. Overall it was frustrating and took what seemed like forever. I'm glad I'll never have to do that again. I would not recommend them.
