  • Cartel has been part of my coffee rotation for a few years now. I've visited all current locations and loved them all equally. This one in-particular is my favorite, with a bright and airy lounge to enjoy one of their specialty brews and a cool and comfortable patio, they really know how coffee was meant to be enjoyed. Six rotating taps of local beers along with wine, I make sure to visit at least once a week to see what new wonderful drinks they're serving. Rather than bombard you with displays of miscellaneous drinks and snacks from 3rd party companies, (energy drinks, soda, bottled water, etc.) Cartel focuses on the only thing a coffee shop should; great coffee. However, the costumer service is not as consistent as some of the other shops I frequent. I worked as a barista in a shop not unlike Cartel for a few years, and I understand that it's very hard to be at your best a hundred percent of the time, but I feel the staff could be a bit more honest and kind to their customers, Still, I enjoy Cartel immensely and I'll still be stopping by for a quality brew when I can. Don't miss a chance to check out this little shop for a nice coffee and a relaxed vibe.
