  • Nice enough on the phone, and it's nice that they can come out same day after hours for no additional fee. We had an underground water leak at an apartment complex and our regular plumber was busy but you can really tell when someone doesn't want to do a big job because the first quote was at least $2000 and then within a few minutes the quote went up to between $5000 and $6,000.. then if we did it during the daytime and not after hours it went down to $3000 to $4,000. We would have paid $2000 to get it done last night. So it was a little disappointing that they were really trying to take advantage of the situation. We opted to wait until today and our regular plumber did it for $895. Thanks but no thank you.
