  • This location was great when my husband bought his phone but went back today after it stopped working and we were told we needed to make a claim and wait for a new phone to be shipped. Seriously? Verizon is the most expensive carrier there is so they should be treating their long-term customers like they matter. If we were looking to buy something they would've jumped through hoops but instead we were told "too bad" No I would not recommend this store to anything!
