  • I don't know where to start. First of all the overall facility is clean, modern, and well maintained. I couldn't get over how friendly and accommodating the entire Hilton staff was during our family stay there. From Mike Ellis, to Joy Martin-Finn (Spa Director), to the poolside staff, to the front desk and front door staff, all employees were pleasant and always checking to make sure all of our needs were taken care of. We ate at all of the restaurants on site and again, had great service. The food was top quality and fairly priced for a vacation resort. I would say that the STAFF made the trip extra enjoyable for my family. I look forward to booking the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort again down the road.
