  • I was seated and waited more than 5 minutes while others around me who arrived after me were taken care of. I was about to leave when my waiter Tom came up and saved the restaurant from getting a one star. He sincerely apologized about my wait and made my meal enjoyable. I had the chicken enchiladas which were very good. Suggestion to management, train to host staff to realize a customer hasn't been taken care of in a short period of time. The hostess past me several times and it didn't register there was a problem.
