  • Beer: Tried four different ones and all were SWEET, even the blonde ale. Not in the good way, but in the sugary kind of way - not refreshing, not my thing, and with nothing under 5 dollars a pint at the taproom def on the expensive side compared to other local breweries. The space did not make up for that. It was unpleasantly crowded, music on a Saturday night was blaring (until a speaker blew out - after 5 minutes of loud static there was peace). More of an uptown feel at Sycamore than a chill brewery atmosphere. Pretty sure I won't be back.
