  • This is the worst customer experience i have ever had. I have been a sprint customer since i have had a cell phone. I was promised a certain rate and have been getting hosed every month. Customer service tells me to call the store and the store tells me to call customer service. The Manager i was working with quit and when i asked for the District Manager's name they said they couldn't give out that information. I few employees actually suggested i go to another carrier. DO NOT GO TO THE DESERT RIDGE location ever!!! Total bait and switch...
