  • My very last appointment was to see Dr. Yu where he apologized for the previous errors and stated wouldn't bill me for this visit and that he would write a referral to a neurologist that was more specialized in what I had. Now I find out that he not only did bill me for the visit that he was sending my copayments to collections (which I didn't pay because I was not supposed to be charged). I went ahead and just paid them but am now being refused my referral. It's a cruel situation to put a patient in and it was hard enough to get into see him with his limited appointments and getting my insurance and PCP to get everything together.
