  • Horrendous customer service. Absolutely worst I've ever seen. I scheduled an appointment for 4pm and was even there 15 minutes ahead of time. He said it would take about an hour and a half for the oil change so I went to the mall nearby. After 2 hours I went back and they haven't even started! He then said he could have it done in 15 minutes and that he only had two people on staff. They are highly understaffed and have no respect for their customers. DO NOT GO HERE. we were late for my wife's birthday dinner reservations because of this. Never go here. Ever.
