  • Worst customer service ever. They don't do anything to help you. The managers are rude. I can't stand the coupons on the receipts now. Completely over priced. Now some of this isn't their fault. But the terrible customer service is. If you have to shop at BRU, go to the one on Rainbow. The employees and managers there are at least friendly and willing to help you. I tried returning something that I had gotten for a baby shower at the Stephanie location and they were just ahole about it. I had the receipt, the box, wasn't even opened! Went to the one on Rainbow, and they returned it no problem.
