| - Can't express how horrible the service is here.. we go back there because of the coverage we purchased to get oil changes at no extra cost, thinking it would be quality work because, well, it's a dealership, right? Enough is enough with this place and it's lack of quality team players. I took time to bring my car for a basic oil change, according to the tag they left on my car, the last time, I was 2k miles overdue. I get to my 11:40am appt today, stand around about 5 mins waiting for someone to verbally acknowledge me- while there were no other customers around, just 2 guys on their computers, not even on their phones- to finally hear them tell me they are ready, 15 mins after my appt. He asks what I was there for, my last name, phone number and to "sign" here, on a small form. Then says he will call when my car is ready. I stopped for an eta he said 2 hrs. Whatever, I get a lyft and head home. 15 mins later he calls and says the car isn't ready for service, I ask why and he said it was tagged wrong. Uh, that was your fault. You guys tagged it so I brought the car in for service according to your tag. He said they just can't do it. ARE YOU F*****G KIDDING ME? so now this is my problem?! they don't give a shit and think everyone else's time doesn't matter? This place is a damn joke. The service dept consists of idiots and incompetent people. Oh and I walked in, nobody was there. I get my keys off THEIR desk and drive off. Really!!? So I guess, anyone can just go in & steal your car, too.. right?
