  • The first line where the girl screen all the paperwork are nightmare. Once you pass that stage and get your ticket for the # , it pretty smooth from there. I am not sure why she act the way she act ... Maybe she been in the job too long and getting frustrated and took it out of tax payer I got all the documentation's and form signed , and for renewal should be fast. All the info are in the previous passport and the way she act are not professional. Seem like she treating everyone that non white applying for passport with a suspicion
