  • If you had asked me before today, I would have raved about how awesome this place is. They were the only place (out of maybe 5 places I've tried over the years in the area) that was AWESOME with my pink and white nails. The pedicure was just "meh" so I go elsewhere for that still though. Anyway, what changed today? Let's just say if you're going... make an appointment! It is VERY FRUSTRATING for a place to say that they do walk-in's, but when you walk-in, they tell you to come back another day or make an appointment. This isn't the first time I've been told that I'll have to come back for a fill-in. Sorry, my schedule is kind of crazy so I can't always commit to an appointment. One of the times, they were really busy- even though they had just opened, and they had me come back later that day. Today, it was 2 hours before they close and I would have had to come back another day or make an appointment. They were not busy, in fact, there were one or two employees just sitting there looking bored. So I don't get why I was turned away. It kind of makes me sad because their manicures are good but since they can't take my time into consideration as well and turn walk-in's away, then the search continues for a new place. They really need to remove "walk-in's welcome" from their door... because based on my experiences, they are not.
