  • Josh Channell is the reason I came back to Serpentini. He's the reason that I have a 2016 SS, so I couldn't be happier with what he did for me. He worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted. He's a consummate salesman, and ambassador for the dealership, and Chevrolet brand. The flip side is, I didn't have as good an experience with the F&I guy. When I walked in, he wanted to sign me up for an additional $130/mo in things I didn't need nor want. While it wasn't my first rodeo with F&I, it took some work to get me where I should have been all along. I didn't feel my best interest and his best interest were aligned.
