  • I shopped around prior to contacting Vegas Flooring Direct. The price quoted by another national company for laminate flooring was shocking. But I needed a floor...and quick! Only 5 weeks to go before moving in and the house had no floors in any of the bedrooms. Calling the nat'l company to get to a live person in the right department after being put on hold and bounced around, was a nightmare that I put up with for too long - 2 weeks wasted. So I decided to check out a local business, hoping for more personal service, expecting a comparable quote, and completely skeptical that they could work w the 3 wks that were left until move in. Michael, the owner, answered the phone on the first try and was at my house the very next day. I still had measured expectations when I met him at the store for the quote and to check out their selection. The quote shocked me again - it was 20% less than the other company! They had more than enough section to choose from; I narrowed my choices down to 3. Because of my time constraint, he even called the warehouse to see if they were in stock to help me rule out any that were not immediately available. He arranged for installation through the weekend to accomodate the schedule. Long story short, Micheal and his team delivered on all expectations and to top it off, completed the floor installation several days ahead. I am super happy with their customer service and installers' professionalism. Michael went the extra mile at each step. AND i never wasted another minute on hold!
