rev:text	If I could give 0 stars I would. I generally don't like to give bad reviews unless a place is really deserving...well this place definitely is. First off, upon my initial walk through my carpet was filthy and stained, my walls and ceilings were stained brown from the previous tenants smoking habit, my dishwasher was broken, my floors had paint splatters, only one wall was painted, there's a hole in my closet door, and I have a roach infestation. Theres more issues but I digress. I wouldn't even move my furniture in, i brought in clothes only and put my stuff into a storage unit. I went to mgmt, Tim, who told me nothing will be done about the filthy carpet because I'm in a "standard" apartment, which they claimed to have steam cleaned. They offered to send a cleaning lady in, but brushed over the paint issue, I asked for records of what was done they said they weren't available. The trashed apartment was bad enough, but the way the complex handled it was even worse. While we were waiting to speak to mgmt there was another tenant having simular issues and was there to complain. Her issues were also minimized and talked around. I definitely do not recommend anyone move here, no matter how desperate they are for a place to move, which was my situation given I moved 1000 miles from Dallas in good faith I would be moving into a decent place. Had I not already paid my deposit up front I wouldn't be here. Feel very taken advantage of. Hope this helps someone considering this complex.
