So I finally received a response from MegaBus. Unfortunately, it was just an automated e-mail that said that megabus will not refund customers who miss their bus. First off, I wasn't the only one! This is horrible customer service! If i was the only one, maybe, but there were other parties that missed it too! Secondly, the bus left early! Say for argument sake I WAS late, even had I been early, I STILL wouldve missed the bus! Never again will I use MegaBus.
