  • Does anyone at this location enjoy working there?! BAD customer service! Started - From the bland hostess reception and snotty attitude for us asking for a booth type table and just throwing our napkins and forks on the table. Waiter took several minutes to come our table since he was visiting his friends at another table. We ordered Edamames and never got them. They brought out our food and we asked where the Edamames were and he said...oh...they did not have room to cook them...wtf? When making our bowls, we asked the staff behind the glass area, about some nutritional information of the sauces...they were clueless and had NO idea how to answer other than NO. I just started here! They need to be trained better! We finally asked in the grill area and he showed us a nutritional chart and helped us. Waiter finally brought us our check, after requesting for him to come back and he had to go find his Manager to use the Birthday Coupon we had. You should not have to find a Manager in that small of a place! The Manager must not have control of the restaurants or his staff! The job seems pretty basic...something is off there!! Oh...the food was good...but service sucks!
