I stopped here during my lunch hour. The location is great, it's very convenient from where I work at Banner. I went through the drive thru. Once I got my drink is when it all went downhill. My drink tasted like nothing but Mocha! I ordered the carmelizer. I got off to tell the girl that my carmelizer tasted nothing like it. She explained to me that the carmelizer has mocha. Which ok that's fine but it legit tasted just like mocha. She offered to add more caramel but then I believe it was a supervisor that came up to the window? He had the rudest approach as if I were a bother to help! He reiterated what the girl had told me. He said he'll just make me a whole new caramelizer. He legit yelled out to the back staff to remake it. He then told me to give him my old drink so that he could toss it into the trash. I said, well can't I just keep it instead of it being wasted? He nearly flipped out. He said "usually the high schoolers do that so they can get free drinks!" Mind you I am wearing my Banner scrubs with my name tag! I said in return that usually all coffee shops let you keep the drinks they messed up on or that you are not satisfied with. He said well you can keep it and purchase the new one! Like excuse me?! He acted like I was trying to get free drinks I was just saying like ok you're going to throw them away anyways. He was unbelievably rude and did not have good customer service. Wish I got his name but I was almost late back to work. I did however email customer service! It's common courtesy to give a free drink if you mess up my order! I'm not even mad about not getting a free drink I'm upset how rudely I was treated. What makes me even more upset is that I tipped them!
