Stopped in here after breakfast at Denny's next door. Needed a gift card for a belated Christmas gift for my boyfriends son. Walked through the store to the service desk. A woman was helping someone else and a man named James saw us coming his way and looked away. We stood I front of him fit a minute which seems like forever when you're standing there waiting to be acknowledged. Finally we asked if he could help us. He tried to pretend he didn't hear us and finally acting like we were disturbing him, said "yeah...?" Ugh! Well we ended up getting the card and leaving. Wouldn't go back to this Menards if you paid me.
