  • VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I purchased my 6 person spa here thinking it was going to be a great expierence. Boy was I wrong. i should have known when after the sale was made with PAUL , that his customer service went right out the window. The deilvery and completion was a nightmare. Shortly into owning our spa the speakers for the radio failed to work. Approaching it with Paul was incredibly frustrating as his reply was" Nothing we can do"... so how do I fix them!!? The average person does not know how to repair their own spa, and the obvious solution would be to call the place you purchased you $9,500 spa from for (AT THE VERY LEAST) direction. After arguing this Paul said he would order the speakers and send his guys out to fix. I was charged the cost to order the speaker and got the run around for ...ready for this... 3 MONTHS!!! After calling him multiple times about the issue he not only was very unprofessional but also rude and offensive as I heard him insulting me to an employee. I am a very reasonable person and there was no reason for his actions. To be honest I'm only convinced this place is still open because of its prime location. Paul will make you think your purchase is in the best hands with him and this store!!!! DONT BUY IT!!!! Once he makes his sale your business means nothing to him!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!!!
