  • My family loves TI. The location is great and they always gives good deals on rooms. They are right across from fashion show mall. Their buffet is one of my favorites and they have chocolate cover strawberries in their dessert area. However, this weekend I am very disappointed with their rooms. Our beds are uncomfortable. Our rooms had 2 beds and my mom, sister and I are all rolling around and could not sleep. I woke up this morning feeling more tired than last night and my back and shoulder hurts. The pillow stinks, good thing I brought my own but still that is disgusting. I know they do not switch out the pillows but if it stinks I think it would be a good time to do so. The shower and the sink does not drain. I usually love TI and we always stay here. It might be the room they put us in but this upsets me. Maybe next time it will be back to how it used to be.
