Although some of the staff was inattentive, it didn't bother me much.
I would strongly recommend avoiding their membership. I tried to cancel my membership a few days after my last billing cycle as I was leaving town temporarily. They informed me that their internal processes prevented them from cancelling on my next billing cycle ("We only transmit the information to the bank once per month") and so I would be billed for another month of membership, leaving me with 2 months of unusable membership.
I wasn't expecting a partial refund from my time unused, but for a business to only contact their bank once a month (and why it even requires contacting their bank to end a subscription is confusing to me) really hurt the customer experience. I will be sure to recommend my friends head elsewhere
