  • Came here because of good reviews. Hands down the most sloppy mani- pedi I've ever gotten. I had to ask the technician, Connie to correct so many nails because I knew I was going to pay $75!!!! for this. So so disappointed. But the more serious issue was that NOTHING WAS HYGENIC. She used a USED SHAVER FOR MY CALLOUS, as well as the filer (that thing that looks like a shredder). THEN AS I WAITED FOR MY NAILS TO DRY, they used the same thing on the next person without ANY SANITATION. What if I had some sort of infection or what if I bled and I have a disease ( HIV? HEP C? HEP B??) Just disgusting. I'm sure there are rules for this. Just horribly sloppy. Will not come here again nor will I recommend that anyone else come here.
