  • I am a firm believer that- what you see is what you get. One day, after raving about how beautiful and healthy my co-worker's hair looked, she referred me to her stylist, Ashley- the owner of the salon. Going to a new stylist is always nerve-wrecking. However, my first experience was anything but that. I came into the salon, utterly stressed and unhappy with the condition of my hair. I walked out of Distinctive Salon that day feeling like a whole new person. Ashley truly took the time so that we could determine both short and long term goals, profess what she thought would help reach them, and explain the treatments that would help replenish the damaged cuticles. I am amazed, especially, about how swift the transition from blonde-brunette- back to blonde was. Because of Ashley, I now exude complete confidence about my 'do. I would recommend her to my closest of friends- she does a fabulous job, and the salon has a soothing aura to it.
