  • I have been coming to this CVS for I want to say about 7 years! It has a lot of the same staff working there and they're all nice, friendly, and have great customer service! I have a rapport with Rita, Maria, and Christina. Today I had an unpleasant experience. I went to CVS purchased a few items with Maria then headed over to Office Depot. I came back to CVS to print some photos, the only cashiers working at the time were Maria Rita, and Christina. I went to the Kodak Kiosk and printed some photos. I printed 48 photos so it took some time to select the photos and then print them. Rita came over to the machine to check and see if it was working. I assured her it was working properly and I was fine. I then realized I wanted to purchase a photo album as well I knew I didn't have enough cash and left my debit card at home. So I opted to return one of the lipsticks I purchased to cover the cost. I then waited in line and listened as Christina was interacting with an elderly gentleman. His transaction was almost done, he asked Christina " can you please put the receipt in the bag and she responded I always do". And she did so in a very condescending manner which I've noticed over the years is apparent within her personality. I was next and I walked up to the counter. I then advised her I wanted to return the lipstick and I handed it to her with my receipt, and I want to make a purchase. She then asked if I told the cashier who I made the purchase with that I wanted to make a return. I told her no I had not. She then walked away and asked Maria if I had told her I wanted to make a return. Maria said huh "what are you talking about"? Maria then asked me "that's the purchase you made today in the morning right"? And I answered yes. Christina then tells me you need to tell us when you want to make a return. I then assured her I've been coming here for years and I've never done that. I then asked if its a new policy, she then answered it's always been like that. And I assured her I made the purchase and I come here all the time. She then responded by saying " that is the only reason I'm doing the return for you". Honestly I'm not even upset about the policy if that's the policy that's fine. I come here often enough I have no problem complying. It was her rude demeanor and condescending attitude towards me as a loyal customer! I felt uncomfortable as though she thought I stole the item. She also just walked away from me without giving me a response and then addressed Maria then Maria addressed me. The worst part was how she said this is the only reason I'm doing it. I just spent $24.00 in here not even an hour ago and you don't want to do a return for $6.00 when I'm spending $20.00 more on another purchase, that's nuts! Christina I hope you learn how to treat loyal customers and fix your attitude.
