| - ***update*** while Thomas and his staff have been patient and trying to be accommodating, i have decided against using this company as i need the move done today and there was some sort of miscommunication. I'm sure they are reputable but they just didn't work out for me. Hopefully they will work out for someone else's move. ***
I will come back and update once they have actually moved my stuff. For now, I can only review on my experience so far and it has not been pleasant.
On February 26, I emailed in for a move inquiry for Friday, March 6. On the 27th, Paul called. When I was on the phone with him, he was helpful and I told him that I need the movers here on Wednesday the fourth instead of Friday and I need them in the morning since I work at 1pm. He told me it was not a problem that I was set for WEDNESDAY and gave me a quote. He even told me that if I needed to cancel, they needed 24 hours, to let them know by Tuesday morning.
Fast forward to Wednesday morning. To my dismay, no movers are here so I call them and spoke with Thomas. He informs me that my move was indeed scheduled for Friday not Wednesday and that he would look into it for me and give me a call. An hour later, I call them and he told me that there is no way they can move me today. I have placed my husky with a sitter for today AND I needed this to be done by today before work as I needed to hire a carpet cleaner for my apartment and be out by Saturday. This is a huge inconvenience and very unprofessional. I am very upset with how this has panned out and have very low expectations for my move for tomorrow... A DAY LATE. Hopefully, the move goes smoothly so that I can change the 1 star to something better. As of now, I am unhappy but I desperately need to move and am out of options.
