  • I came here when I dropped my phone on some rocks and shattered the screen. The location of CPR was great since it was in a nice shopping area so I could walk through Ross, Famous Footwear, and Target while I waited. It was easy to find and the customer service was great. It took about an hour for the guy to replace my screen and the reason I gave this place a 3stars, is because colors on my screen looked muted, not as sharp. It also had a green hue to it, more noticeable outside. I asked the guy what kind of screen it was and explained that it did not look like my previous screen. He told me they have two different types of screens and offered to replace it with the other screen to see if I liked that one better. I came back a half hour later, and this second screen looks exactly like the previous one. I had never had a screen replaced, so I didn't know any different. I spent $130 for a new screen at this location. I of course dropped my phone AGAIN and needed the screen to be replaced and went to a different store. I spent about $75more at this other place and got a much better screen. It was more expensive, but could barely tell the difference that it was not the original screen. CPR had good customer service, but their screens are not the best. I should've shopped around and got quotes from a couple places before coming here.
